                                |   Today is the
      day we had been looking forward to. We arrived Baozhilin. This was the
      first time we attended the outside activity, so everyone was very excited
      about it! We attedned the most interesting group¡Xgroup B, the moving castle.
      We made an amazing work by the wasted old paper or useless
      cardboard and understand the importance of the environmental protection.
      Therefore, this activity was very meaningful for us. Let's get together
      to work!  |

 | Process of activity: |   |  
                                |   Firstly, we went to the counter to check in and received
      the scissor,ink, brushes and tapes. Then, we placed
      them in a place and took the needed materials from the storeroom. We
      chose several big paper boxes, several pieces of cardboard and a pile of
      old newspaper. The box was very big, so two of us took it out. We didn't
      think it was a tiring work, so our confidence was decreasing a bit. Our
      teacher let us understand how to plan the castle. We discussed each other
      for a while. Finally we decided to use the paper boxes as the base form
      of the castle and decorate something on the top. After that, our teacher
      assigned everyone a job and then we started to work.   Firstly, our teacher made the form of the castle with the
      tape. Because the thickness of each box was different, we spent much time
      pasting the paper. Shuyuan's mom and she made a big tree with the old
      papers. They found a steel rack as the bottom, pasted the paper on it and
      brushed the color. We decorated that tree by drawing some leaves, so it
      looked vivid. Everyone started painting the box by one's creativity. Some
      people drew the door, some people drew the windows and some people even drew
      cars, ships and planes, which refered to army, navy and air force, respectively.
       Everyone paid effort on it! We
      cut the paper after painting, but it was hard to cut it. We put all
      elaborated pictures on the castle and made a three-dimensional roof. We
      colored the castle and finally put the complete tree aside. It was our
      great achievement to make this beautiful castle by the wasted materials. |

                                |   On that day, Taichung City mayor's wife, Siaoling Shao, especially
      got there to cheer us up. She felt this activity
      was very interesting and meaningful. It could also build the concept of
      the environmental protection to treasure the earth's resource. Our only earth should be protected by people, so the
      concept of the environmental protection should be developed since a
      child. Baozhiling activity was held to invite adults and children to
      join. There were many teacher-student groups and parent-child groups. In
      fact, each environmental activity simply helps people build the concept
      of the environmental protection. Let us protect the earth together and
      guard it! We can make a lot of art work by our
      creativity. For example, we made a castle by paper boxes and newspaper.
      The purpose of it was to treasure the resources by recycling, build the
      correct concept of the environmental protection. Let us expore and
      practice it!   How to cherish our earth? Should we cherish the present
      resources? We often hear ¡§ environmental protection¡¨, but we need to apply
      it into practice. That is called ¡§to protect our earth.¡¨ Let us work
      together¡Xmake the wasted material into a creative one. Vivify the wasted
      a new life, present a completely new appearance and let the earth
      resource run continuously. All of these rely on our creativity. That's why we attended Baozhilin creative activity. We wanted to do ¡§environmental
      protection¡¨ by practice and let the earth better. |

                                |   We were very glad that we could attend this meaningful
      activity. The fruit with hard working was always sweet. Baozhilin was
      held a prize awarding ceremony on the evening of October 28th.
      Today I had to receive this prize. It was really surprising and
      expecting. When I arrived at the meeting place, I heard a wonderful and
      good song. After a series of splended activities, the nervous awarded
      time was coming. At first, it was Group A's excellent work and then the
      champion. Finally, we got the champion. I really wanted to shout ¡§hurray¡¨
      at that time. Especially the host organization sent us a lucky bag. Bravo!
      Hopefully we could have the opportunity to join these meaningful

 |  Sih-En Chen: | ¡§Turn the
      trash into treasure.¡¨ Making the trash into a creative work was
      interesting and meaningful. My concept of environmental protection
      imporved a lot for this point. |

 | Yi-Ling Ko: | I established the concept of environmental protection by
      this activity and learned how to make a castle with the cardboard. It
      also let me know to cherish my daily supplies. |

 |  Ya-Wen Lin: | Cherish the earth resource and recycle, To try your best
      to do the environmental protection would be the best choice. |

 | Tiffany Liao: | Recycling can decrease the trash
      and share the burden of the sanitary engineer. |

 |  Ya Chu Hu: | Cherish what you have. I firmly believe that if we 
      don't waste any resource, then our earth will be more beautiful. |

 |  Yi-Chieh Haung: | Army, navy and
      air force are mainly to protection our nation; doing the enviornmental
      protection well is to protect the earth. |  
                                | 
 | Shu-Yuan Chang: | I couldn't imagine that I could make a perfect big tree just by a
      few materials. I believe people can make interesting work by recycling
      the current resource. |  
                                | 
 | Teacher  Hui-Chen Tsai: | The earth resource is limited. In our daily life, we 
      can't waste the useful resource. More importantly, we don't produce the redundant
      trash to decrease the volume of the trash. |  
                                | 
 | Teacher  Pi-Chu Lee: | The students completed the work by recycling. It let the
      whole teachers and students there deeply considerate the importance of
